I really cannot rate & review Adrian D’Aprano of D’Aprano Real Estate high enough. I have enlisted Adrian for my 2 investment properties for several years now and he has been by far the best managing agent I have ever used. His communication is responsive, concise, and timely. He has always recommended individuals that have been great & reliable tenants. Even when the property has been vacated, Adrian has wasted no time in finding a new tenant, ensuring that the property is vacant for the shortest time possible. Recently, I had a long-term tenant leave and Adrian organised to have the property freshly painted before showing potential tenants through. From the time to the previous tenant left, to the next tenant moving we are looking at just under 3 weeks (including having the whole place painted). If you are looking for a great managing agent, Adrian is you man.
